Any appointment cancellation under 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee based on the service scheduled. Any no-shows will be subject to a 100% fee based on the service scheduled and blocked from booking in the future if payment is not successful. Deposit will be forfeited and go towards the percentage mentioned above. If sick, even under the 24 hrs, I ask that you reschedule your appointment until you feel well. If you come with signs of sickness, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit is forfeited. I offer a 10-minute grace period if you're running late. Please communicate with me as soon as you realize you will not make it on time. Anything over 10 minutes without communication will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the no-show policy above. Please come with bare nails. I will not work on another techs work to ensure the quality of the service I am giving to you. That being said, please book the appropriate services. If you need a soak off, I offer it at a discounted price if you get a service done afterwords.
