Cancellation Policy
I respect your time, and I ask that you respect mine 💕
To keep things fair for all clients:
• Cancellations within 24 hours → 50% fee.
• No-shows → 100% fee, and future booking may be blocked.
• Deposits are non-refundable and go toward cancellation fees, if applicable.
• If you’re sick, please reschedule. Appointments with visible signs of illness will be canceled and deposits forfeited.
• Grace period: 10 minutes. Anything beyond will be rescheduled. Anything beyond without communication is considered a no-show and subject to fee.
Please arrive with bare nails. For quality and safety, I do not work over other technicians’ products. If you need a soak-off, book it with your service. A discounted soak-off is available when paired with a new set.
